School order deadline

In order for annual services to be provided from 1st April, the deadline for Schools to submit their order form is Friday 29th February 2016.

A copy of your order form for 2015-16 will be emailed to you when the 2016-17 prices have been uploaded to ESN. 

If your order is going to be delayed, or you would like further information about any services please contact Michelle Gabbitas at the above number or email.

Please note: If your order is delayed we will assume that you still require the services you purchased last year and will continue to provide these from 1st April and you will be charged accordingly.

Academy order deadline

Academies will be sent an email when the new Academy packages and prices  for 16-17 are made available on ESN. This will be at the beginning of the Summer Term 2016

The deadline for Academies to submit their order form is Friday 24th June 2016.

There are several ways to search for the service you desire and place an order:

  1. Enter the name of the service or related words into the search box in the top right corner of the website. You can then select that service and view packages and prices.
  2. Alternatively you can search the website via the drop down menus across the top to find the service or package you are interested in.
  3. There is also an A-Z of services. Each service is listed in alphabetical order.

Please note some packages may be Price On Application, which will be shown on your order form and a quote for this service will be requested on your behalf. 

Additional services where you can not add a product or service to your form e.g. you have been quoted a bespoke price by the service provider, can be emailed to 


The additional services order form must be signed by an authorised member of staff and emailed to the address above from either the Head Teacher, Business Manager or SENCo email account.



If the service you are purchasing is based on pupil numbers, staff numbers or curriculum pc's, please amend the quantity e.g. DAISI, School Licenses.

If you are purchasing HR advisory or HR Advisory Plus a base cost needs be added to your calculation of staff numbers multiplied by the cost shown.

Please ensure the name of your school or academy is included.

Purchase Orders:

For ease of matching up the invoices, and following good financial practice, please supply a purchase order number for the annual services -at the top of the form


If you are a school or an academy outside of Nottingham City and an item needs to be posted to you, or service needs to be supplied at your establishment, the shipping or travel expenses cost will be discussed with you once you have placed your order. If you are not happy with these expenses, your order may be cancelled within 7 days.
